It helps us to live more healthily by decreasing laziness, fatigue, and frustrations. That’s why being parents should remind your children to always have breakfast before starting their day.

Being students sometimes have a lot of assignments. They tend to have sleepless nights to finish them all or even sometimes hang out with friends. Eat foods with more fiber and protein if you need to boost your energy. Besides that, the way to have healthier teeth, lungs, and heart is by avoiding smoking. Try to have regular time to sleep to reduce your stress and fatigue instead of sucking harmful elements found in a cigarette.
